appointment policies

requirements

You must be 18 years old+ to get tattooed and/or make an appointment.

A government-issued photo ID is required. Please have your physical ID present with you at your appointment. Student ID’s or any non-government issued identification is not accepted.

Deposits

Deposits are required at the time of booking. Your deposit serves as a down payment for your tattoo and your appointment cannot be reserved without it.

Your deposit is valid for 1 cancellation/reschedule.

Deposits are NON - refundable.

All transactions are final and NON - refundable.

canceling and rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, I kindly ask that you do so 48 hours prior to your appointment in order for me to roll your deposit over to your rescheduled appointment date.

If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, or this is your second cancellation, your deposit will be forfeited and no longer be applied to your final tattoo costs. You will need to leave a new deposit when and if rescheduling.

Unused deposits expire after 6 months and are automatically forfeited. For example, if you must cancel an appointment or pause your tattoo project, you must resume or reschedule within 6 months of the date of your cancellation or the date of your last in-person session, otherwise you must submit a new deposit at the time of rescheduling.

No-shows are not eligible for rescheduling future tattoo appointments and deposits are automatically forfeited.

If you have any health conditions or specific needs that may impact your tattoo session, please contact your physician prior to booking an appointment so they may determine if it is safe for you to get tattooed. Once you’ve done so, please notify me when inquiring about booking if you have any specific needs or restrictions so I may do my best to accommodate you.

Late arrival

If you arrive 30 or more minutes late to your appointment, your appointment may be shortened, modified, or regarded as a same-day cancellation or no-show. This may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and require you to leave a new deposit if you are eligible to reschedule. Arriving 30 minutes late or more, 3 times in a row will result in you no longer being allowed to make future appointments.
